Masterclasses in Sculptural Florals
Couture floral education for the rare few who treat petals as fabric and space as canvas. Studio intensives and destination ateliers in wedding & event florals.

Technique · Spiral Stemming · AIFD Standard
The Designer
A couture florist teaching the architecture of bloom.
Floral design masterclasses for wedding and event professionals: studio intensives in Los Angeles, destination ateliers in Tuscany, and large-scale corporate installations — taught by AIFD and CFD certified designer Anita Huedepohl.
Anita Huedepohl is a member of the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) and a Certified Floral Designer (CFD) — distinctions held by fewer than one percent of florists worldwide, earned through rigorous demonstration of design mastery.
For over two decades her studio has dressed weddings and events where florals are not decoration but sculpture: high-altar installations, choreographed tablescapes, and destination arrangements grown for a single, fleeting moment.

Curriculum & Expertise
What you will master.
Wedding & Event Florals · Taught to professional standard
I · The Syllabus
From stem theory to sculptural scale.
Colour harmonics, the spiral hand, foam-free armatures, and the engineering of installations that hold their posture through a twelve-hour event. Every technique is taught to AIFD judging standard.
AIFD Standard · Spiral · Armature · Palette
II · The Location
A sun-drenched studio, then the open air.
Studio intensives are held in Anita's industrial atelier — long tables, north light, walls of eucalyptus. Destination ateliers take the craft to Tuscan vineyards, coastal cliffs, and private estates where the landscape becomes part of the design.

III · The Kit
Tools worthy of the work.
Each guest receives a curated kit: German floral shears, annealed wire, silk ribbon, and a folio of Anita's seasonal designs to take home and keep building from.

Guest Notes
In their words.
Alumni of the Atelier · 2016 — Present
“Twelve years of designing events, and Anita still handed me a new language. I arrived making centrepieces; I left able to engineer a suspended garden for six hundred guests, and to price it with confidence.”
“The armature work alone was worth the tuition. My installations now hold their posture through a fourteen-hour celebration without a single wobble.”

“Tuscany changed how I see a table. We foraged at dawn, designed by three, and set the most beautiful dinner of my career that same evening.”

“Three days, one to one, entirely on my own bridal work. Anita rebuilt my bouquet, then taught me why. I have not designed the same way since.”
